All rental units are privately owned. When not in use by the owner, the unit is offered for rent and administered by Northaven Resort.
Rental Units
Northaven Resort is proud to offer rental accommodations for every taste and budget. Most rental units include cable TV, air conditioning, an outdoor sitting area, and a charcoal grill.
A few simple details regarding rentals:
- All units require a minimum two-night stay except for holiday and/or special weekends, which require a minimum of three nights.
- Check in time is 4 pm; check-out is noon.
- Northaven is a pet-friendly resort, however we do not allow pets in rental units.
- No smoking in rental units.
- Ground fees are NOT included in the rental rate.
- Units that can hold additional people beyond the renting couple require an additional $15 per person per night.
All reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. If canceling or modifying a reservation 14-days or more prior to arrival date, you will receive a refund on all but $100. The $100 non-refundable portion of your payment may be used anytime during the next 12 months (from the initial reservation date) for a future reservation. If canceling or modifying a reservation prior to the day before arrival, but less than 14-days before arrival, the $100 is non-refundable and forfeited. Reservations canceled or modified the day prior to arrival, or later will be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
THE Paradise Lodge
The Paradise Lodge.
This picturesque house is a great option for large groups that want to stay together. The house is centrally located near the pool and the Hotel California Lounge and features six bedrooms (for 12 people) and room for two addition couples (one on a futon and one on a pull-out) for a total of 16 people. Of course, the house is complete with two bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, cable TV, air conditioning, patio, covered/screened gazebo, gas BBQ, fire ring, and more.
There is also the option of renting the house with all the above minus three of the bedrooms that can be separated by a lockout (capacity is 6 to 10 people without the 3 lockout rooms).

This Paradise Lodge includes three lovely guestrooms behind the lockout that can be rented individually. The full bathroom is shared between the guests in all three rooms. When you reserve one of our guestrooms, you will be right in the heart of the resort, steps away from the pool, Sexy Sundries General Store, and the Hotel California Lounge. All guest rooms feature a compact refrigerator, drip coffeemaker, microwave, and flat screen TV w/cable. Additionally, our guestrooms have, cable TV, patio, covered/screened gazebo, gas BBQ, fire ring, and more.
